I’ve always dreamed of owning my own business. Even from the age of 12 years old when I started my own lawn service in our small town in South Dakota. I learned valuable life and business skills like hard work, integrity, customer service and dedication from both my own business and working for our family businesses.

 

When I started Anchor Bay Design in 2006, I was determined to create a resource for business owners and managers that would eliminate the search for multiple vendors for graphic design and product packaging. At the time, I was building and maintaining the art department for the first 25 Sprouts Farmers Market stores. Although I loved my position with Sprouts and the growing company, I saw a greater need that I could fill as an independent designer.

 

Since leaving Sprouts, I have had the opportunity to work with companies, big and small, all across the world. I have worked with clients that have roasted over 2 million pounds of coffee a year to mom and pop shops. I have experienced so much over the last 20 years and I love sharing my knowledge with new clients about the best way to start and grow their business.
